Mr. Sanders has been involved in the real estate profession for over 18 years. He is currently a Principal and Managing Director of ANCRE Group. Since 2014, Wes has closed almost $30M in transactions. He was also directly involved in analyzing, underwriting, submitting offers, or valuations, on over $1B in properties during the same timeframe.
In 2015, among other accomplishments, Wes and his partners successfully completed the syndication, acquisition, and renovation of an apartment complex. Over the next 18 months, the property was strategically transformed. With an increase in EGI of almost 30%, expense reduction of 16%, the value increase exceeded expectations. Wes was also instrumental in the 2016 acquisition and renovation of an apartment complex in Dallas. This property required significant mechanical and aesthetic interior and exterior upgrades, which resulted in a value increase of approximately 40% over costs in one year, and it was put under contract after 18 months at 75% over the acquisition and renovation costs, selling in early 2018.
Wes is active in the valuation industry with completion and review of over 800 appraisals in the past few years and several thousand over his career. Wes has extensive experience in feasibility studies, rent studies, and appraisal review for commercial properties. Wes previously worked for a national valuation company as a managing director, as well as two other valuation firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and in the Tampa Bay area completing appraisals, feasibility studies, HUD reports, and cash flow models on a variety of commercial properties since 2003.
He has testified as a qualified expert in Circuit Court in multiple counties, testified in US District Court (Middle District of Florida), and Deposed as a qualified expert in Circuit Court in multiple counties. He was also a Valuation Trends speaker at the 2014 Annual Conference for the Aggie Real Estate Network. National appraisal and market studies have included properties in over 15 states in the Midwest, Southeast, Northeast, and Puerto Rico.
In addition to his valuation background, Wes started investing in real estate a month after his 19th birthday. Using the guidance of a very helpful broker and a FHA loan, he was able to buy a duplex with no co-signer. After renovating and turning a 32% profit, Wes knew real estate would be his career. He began real estate sales a couple years later, specializing in selling duplexes, condos, as well as leasing student housing properties and apartments. Wes currently owns multiple single-family investment properties, apartment complexes with partners, and is currently looking for other opportunities to invest.
Wes is a graduate of Texas A&M University and Blinn College, and he has completed extensive real estate course work and continuing education through multiple providers. He is a Member of the National Association of Realtors, North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors, and received the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute. He holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and currently serves on their National Board of Directors. He was the 2018 President of the Gulf Coast Chapter after serving multiple leadership roles including the Government Relations Chairman for AI Region X. He was the Recipient of the AI Volunteer of Distinction on numerous occasions. He is also a Member of the Aggie Real Estate Network.
Brittney has worked in brand management and marketing for over 10 years, with a broad variety of experience at several real estate development and services companies.
Britt attended and graduated from the University of South Carolina – Aiken with a degree in communication with a focus in media marketing and a minor in graphic design. She exceled as a scholarship athlete for the women’s soccer team and was on the Dean’s List for Athletic Honor Roll.
After graduation, Britt worked in marketing for an ad agency, then with a real estate developer. She not only designed and oversaw production of the printed marketing, but also implemented a system for updating community websites and online sales promotions. Britt generated sales trend reports to track marketing effectiveness. She then pursued a career in operations in 2008, but returned to the marketing field in 2010, focusing on printing, marketing, and packaging mock-ups for regional and national companies.
Over the past six years, Britt has established marketing templates for multiple investments and marketing package and flyer templates for properties offered for sale at ANCRE Group. She has designed and implemented internal team sites and organizational processes, as well as overseen the ANCRE Group company branding, marketing, website, and print advertising. Britt also oversees the operations side of the company, which is among a long list of other accomplishments and achievements at ANCRE Group.

Mr. Miller has been involved in Commercial Real Estate over 20 years. He is currently completing appraisals, renovation feasibility studies, and a variety of valuation services. His unique experience includes five years working at SunTrust Bank in a variety of roles including as an underwriter and managing a loan portfolio in excess of $100 million in assets. This perspective gave John valuable insight once he entered the commercial valuation profession over 15 years ago.
John is currently focused on the valuation industry as he has completed hundreds of appraisals and appraisal reviews over the past few years. He has worked throughout the southeastern United States on almost every property including special-use properties. Mr. Miller also worked as a third-party Review Appraiser for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in 2017. He previously was a multifamily property appraisal specialist and lead that sector of a regional firm. He has experience in the valuation of market-rate, affordable, and subsidized apartment communities. In addition, he has experience in the valuation of student housing properties and proposed residential condominium and townhouse projects.
Mr. Miller is a graduate of Florida State University and has completed extensive real estate course work and continuing education through multiple providers. He currently holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
Mr. Carter has worked in commercial real estate over 10 years. Over the past few years, Devon has completed hundreds of appraisals on a variety of property types. He has extensive experience in completing appraisals for HUD insured loans including 223(f) purchase and refinance; 221(d)(4) proposed and substantial rehabilitation; market-rate and subsidized 202, Section-8 family and elderly properties. His experience also includes market studies, consulting projects, and renovation feasibility analysis.
He has worked at both regional and national firms completing a variety of project types. Devon has most recently completed a number of feasibility studies and appraisals on proposed multifamily properties, as well as properties that are slated for renovation.
Devon is a graduate of the University of Tampa and has completed extensive real estate course work and continuing education through multiple providers. He currently holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, and he serves on the Gulf Coast Chapter Board of Directors, as well as the 2020 Government Relations Committee Chair.
