Ancre is known for developing quality working relationships based on respect, integrity, hard work, and trust. ANCRE Group is proud to have developed beneficial relationships with a variety of lenders, contractors, investors, and a wide range of real estate experts over the years. This allows us to assist you in a number of different ways.

We use a number of analytical tools and data sources to track demand for properties, supply coming to the market, and current investor expectations.

    Mr. Sanders has been involved in the real estate profession for over 22 years. He is currently a Principal and Managing Director of ANCRE Group. Since 2014, Wes has closed almost $30M in transactions. He was also directly involved in analyzing, underwriting, submitting offers, or valuations, on over $1B in properties during the same timeframe.
